[InkMuse: AI Tattoo Design] (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an AI tattoo design app that helps users create tattoo artwork from text prompts, transform images into tattoo-style designs, and convert tattoo images into line art.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect and Process
Depending on the features you use, the App may process the following types of information:

- transform uploaded images into tattoo-style artwork;
- convert tattoo images into line art;

We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI Features and Third-Party Processing
The App uses Google Gemini image generation technology, including gemini-3.1-flash-image, to provide AI-powered tattoo generation and image transformation features.
When you use AI features, the text prompts, uploaded images, reference images, tattoo images, and related inputs you choose to submit may be transmitted to Google for processing. Google processes this information to generate, edit, or transform images according to your request.

Please do not upload highly sensitive, private, unlawful, or confidential images or text. Do not upload images of other people unless you have permission to use them.
4. User Images and Generated Tattoo Designs
Your uploaded images and generated tattoo designs are used only to provide the features you request, such as AI tattoo generation, image-to-tattoo conversion, and tattoo-to-line-art conversion.
We do not use your uploaded images or generated tattoo designs for advertising. We do not sell your images or generated content to data brokers.
5. Photos and File Access
The App may request access to your Photos, camera, or files only when needed for features you choose to use, such as importing an image, taking a photo, saving generated tattoo designs, or exporting line art.
You can manage these permissions at any time in your device settings.
6. Analytics and Usage Data
We may collect limited analytics and usage data to understand how users interact with the App, improve product experience, maintain app stability, and evaluate feature performance. This may include app launches, screen views, button taps, feature usage, session activity, subscription-related events, device type, app version, system version, and diagnostic information.
We do not use general product analytics data to track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes.
7. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party service providers to support app functionality, including AI image generation, payment processing, analytics, crash reporting, cloud infrastructure, and app operations.

9. Data Retention and Deletion
Generated results and imported images may be stored locally on your device unless you choose to save, export, or use a feature that requires online processing.
Inputs submitted to AI services may be processed and retained by third-party providers according to their own terms and privacy practices. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, or support user requests.
You may delete locally stored images and generated results from within the App or by deleting the App from your device. If account or server-side data exists, you may contact us to request deletion.
10. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the text, images, references, and other content you submit to the App. You should not use the App to generate, upload, or transform content that violates laws, infringes others’ rights, or contains private images of others without permission.
AI-generated tattoo designs may not be unique. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before using them for personal, commercial, or tattooing purposes.
11. Tracking and Advertising
The App does not track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes unless this is disclosed and permission is requested where required by applicable law and platform rules.
12. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify users through the App or other reasonable means.
