Welcome to [WiseMath -Ai Math Solver] ("we," "us," or "the App"). This App provides academic problem-solving assistance and data analysis using AI technology. We prioritize your privacy and follow the principle of "Data Minimization." We do not operate proprietary backend servers to store your problem data; all AI computations are handled via secure channels by a third-party provider.
Data We Collect and Use
We process information needed to provide math-solving features and respond to your requests.

Images and messages may contain personal information if you include it. Please avoid submitting names, faces, school details, or other information unrelated to the problem you want to solve.
Third-Party Services
Your submitted images and math problems are forwarded through our server to third-party AI service providers. Our server does not store the submitted content or generated solutions. The generated solutions are then returned to the App.
These providers process information under their applicable service terms and privacy practices. Their retention and use of request data may differ from our own practices. Further information is available in OpenRouter’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information we hold when required by applicable law or a valid legal request.
Data Retention and Deletion
Submitted content: Our server processes images, math problems, and generated solutions temporarily to complete your request. It does not retain this content after processing. This does not determine the retention practices of third-party service providers.
Local records: Saved questions, solutions, notes, and history remain on your device until you delete them. They are not synchronized to our server or included in the App’s Android cloud backup. You can delete records using the deletion feature within the App.
Support communications: We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to address your request and meet applicable legal obligations.
Deleting a record within the App removes the local record, but does not automatically delete information separately retained by third-party service providers. You may contact us with questions or requests concerning such processing.
Permissions and Data Security
The App uses camera access to photograph math problems and accesses images you select for solving. You can manage permissions through your device settings. Restricting permission may affect the corresponding feature.
We use HTTPS to encrypt information in transit between the App, our server, and third-party AI service providers. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
International Data Transfers
Our application server is located in Hong Kong. Third-party service providers may process information in other countries where they operate.
Your information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority.
You can delete local records directly within the App. For other privacy requests, contact [lifangfang@goedgelab.com]. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your request and identify relevant records.
We will handle requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason where required.
Children’s Privacy
WiseMath is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 should not use the App or submit personal information through it.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App, our data practices, or applicable requirements. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
